01 / Confirm the scope

Record the agreed requirement, asset boundaries, included work, exclusions and the revisions used. Link each deliverable to its purpose and intended reviewer.

03 / Make findings traceable

Identify the asset, location or document to which each finding relates.
Separate observations, unresolved questions and proposed next actions.
Record relevant supporting information and its source.
Keep limitations and missing inputs visible.

04 / Agree the next owners

For each open action, record a responsible person or team, an agreed review date and the information needed to close it. Keep technical approval and operational decisions with the designated project owners.

05 / Close the handover conversation

Deliverables received and identifiable
Revisions and review status understood
Open questions and limitations recorded
Next actions and responsibilities agreed
